These Terms govern use of Risca Social Scheduler, provided by Risca Studio.

1. Authorized use

You may connect only accounts and publish only content that you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for your content, the accuracy of the information you provide, and complying with applicable laws and platform rules.

2. YouTube Terms of Service

By using Risca Social Scheduler, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Risca Social Scheduler uses YouTube API Services. Your use of Google and YouTube services is also subject to their applicable terms and policies, including the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Publishing and cloud scheduling

You choose the content, authorized destination, and scheduling instructions. Publishing may be delayed or fail due to network conditions, account permissions, third-party API restrictions, quotas, platform review, or outages. A Shorts-targeted upload is classified by YouTube according to its own requirements.

4. Privacy and account control

See our Privacy Policy for information about API Data, local storage, cloud processing, revoking access, and requesting deletion. You can revoke Google access through Google Account settings.

5. Security and changes

Protect your device and connected accounts. We may update these Terms as the service changes; the current version will be published on this page.
